The stickpack packaging machine for powder is an automated packaging equipment specially designed for powdery materials (such as food additives, pharmaceutical powders, health care granules, chemical powders, etc.). Its core function is to quantitatively fill powders into strip-shaped packaging bags according to preset specifications, and complete processes such as sealing and cutting. The finished packaging products are mostly narrow and long strips, featuring small size, portability and precise measurement. Core Functions
1.Precise measurement: Aiming at the characteristics of powders that are easy to fly and have large differences in fluidity, through methods such as screw feeding, negative pressure suction, and volumetric measurement, the powders are distributed according to the set weight or volume. The error is usually controlled within ±1%~±3% to ensure the consistency of each bag's dosage.
2.Stick bag forming and filling: The rolled packaging film is automatically folded into a strip-shaped bag by a forming device, and at the same time, the measured powder is quickly injected into the bag to avoid powder leakage or residue.
3.Sealing and cutting: Heat sealing technology is used to seal both ends of the stick bag to ensure tightness and prevent the powder from getting damp and deteriorating. After sealing, the continuous stick bags are cut into independent single bags by a cutter. Some models can simultaneously complete operations such as easy tearing and coding (production date, batch number, etc.).Application Value and Industry Trends
