With the forward and reverse rotation of its ribbon blades, the ribbon powder mixer enables powder materials to form a combined axial and radial movement inside the cylinder, quickly eliminating material color differences and particle size variations. The equipment features strong sealing to reduce dust leakage, and is suitable for various powders such as flour, additives, and pesticides. The bidirectional circulation design of the ribbons enables materials to form three-dimensional mixing (radial, axial, and circumferential) in a short time. The mixing uniformity can reach over 95%, and the mixing time is short, which is far superior to traditional vertical mixers.
2.Adaptable to Various Powder Characteristics

The gap between the ribbon and the cylinder is small to avoid material accumulation, and the disassembly and assembly are convenient, facilitating cleaning and maintenance.
