Filter bag forming: A roll of filter paper is cut and folded through a mold to form a cup or bag-shaped filter bag body, ensuring a regular shape and sealed edges.Drip tab attachment: The pre-cut drip tabs are fixed to the pre-set positions on both sides of the filter bag using hot melt adhesive or ultrasonic welding to ensure a secure and symmetrical tab.
Filling the filter bag with ground coffee: A precise metering device (such as a screw meter or volumetric meter) is used to add a predetermined amount of ground coffee into the filter bag to prevent overfilling or underfilling, which could affect the taste.
Sealing and Cutting: The filled filter bag is sealed and finally cut into individual bags to create individual drip coffee.
