Overview

Mechanical structure
1. fuselage frame: Welded with high-quality steel and finely processed and surface treated, it has extremely high strength and stability and can withstand long-term, high-intensity workloads.
2. Ultrasonic generator: This is the core component of ultrasonic sealing. It converts electrical energy into high-frequency mechanical vibration energy. The generated ultrasonic frequency is generally between 20kHz - 40kHz. The ultrasonic generator has high-precision frequency control and stable power output functions. It can accurately adjust the frequency and power of ultrasonic waves according to different hose materials and sealing requirements to ensure the quality and effect of sealing.
Working principle
1. The tube is transported to the sealing position through the conveying system, and under the action of the positioning device, it accurately stays under the sealing device.
2. Automatic tube filling and sealing machine when the tube is in place, the control system starts the ultrasonic generator to generate high-frequency ultrasonic signals.
3. The ultrasonic signal is converted into high-frequency mechanical vibration through the transducer and transmitted to the welding head.
